These terms govern your use of SootSim and sootbean.com, operated by Tamagui LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
SootSim is a browser-native iOS simulator for React Native that runs on your machine and, optionally, in our hosted cloud for sharing previews and running agent-driven flows. Your use of the local desktop app is subject to the accompanying license; your use of cloud features is subject to these terms.
You need an account to use cloud features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential and for all activity that happens under them. Tell us at [email protected] if you suspect a key has leaked.
The Free tier includes beta access to the browser IDE, live simulators, a small lifetime usage trial, code export, and one public Cloudflare-hosted project.
Carbon and Carbon+ are paid plans for personal or shared accounts. They unlock private projects, cloud preview sharing, GitHub automation, custom-domain add-ons, and paid AI usage. Carbon+ adds parallel member Cloud Factories and longer preview history.
The current beta plan contents, prices, included allowances, add-ons, and usage model are published on the Pricing page. Usage draws from the included account allowance first, then prepaid balance. Spending caps stop billable actions when reached.
Enterprise terms, pricing, support, security requirements, and limits are agreed separately in writing.
Stripe handles all payments, refunds, tax, and dunning. By starting checkout you agree to Stripe's terms in addition to these. We do not store payment card details.
We do not pro-rate refunds for partially used subscription periods. If something is broken or you were charged in error, email [email protected].
Retained-preview caps and retention windows are storage safety limits. Previews may expire or be deactivated when the account exceeds its retention policy. You can delete your account and its associated data at any time by emailing[email protected].
You agree not to:
You retain all rights to the code, assets, prompts, and content you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your uploads solely to the extent needed to deliver the service (for example, serving a preview bundle from Cloudflare R2, or routing a prompt to Cloudflare Workers AI). We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not grant any third party rights to your content.
The SootSim software, website, logos, and hosted service are property of Tamagui LLC. Your use of published packages under packages/ is governed by those packages' individual licenses — see the License page for details.
Agent flows use Cloudflare Workers AI as the production model provider. AI usage, included allowances, and paid usage are described in section 3. We do not use your prompts or responses to train AI models.
We may change prices, plan contents, or retention rules with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers by email. Material changes that reduce your entitlements take effect on the next renewal, not mid-period.
You may cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate section 6 or that are materially past due on payment. We will give you a reasonable opportunity to export your data except where doing so would create a security or legal risk.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Tamagui LLC's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the service exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
